These are cities with military bases. Sierra Vista is the home of Ft. Huachuca, an intelligence base, and Tucson is home to Davis Monthan and the A-10. If you are 50 miles north of Vegas you are either near Pahrump or Indian Springs. Both places are west of Groom and the Nellis Ranges. If they are flying them up there which I would doubt, thinking that they wouldnt want a slow mover in Nellis airspace along with the Predators out of Indian Springs,and whatsever is out of Groom and The TTR you should have a good shot at seeing one. A good pic posted to the site would be appreciated.
