I'll stick with my earlier assessment. If they were coming into Las Vegas Sunday and not quite sure of their departure time on Monday, they would not want to get tied down by the transient a/c restrictions due to Red Flag. Mil a/c use civilian facilities quite often.

I'm sure Coyote Ugly knows the tail code for Beale and the color is right. As far as I know the only other place with black T-38's is Holloman......
