I had checked for a civilian t38 filing IFR to land at LAS on Sunday. There was none listed. [NASA T38s show up in the civilian database.] It's a bit of work, but you can search the landings.com US database to see who owns a certain type of airplane. You first need to find the FAA code number for the plane, which is also on the landings.com website.
