That video is amazing. I am an avid High Power rocketry flyer in Seattle, and that video has been making its rounds for about the past week. It is speculated that the fin deflections could be flutter, but others on our email list say that it is heat distortion from the rocket exhaust plume. We have a few Boeing engineers in our club who are analyzing the video to find out exactly what it is. Either way, it is amazing footage. www.rocketsnw.com
