First let me say it is not "my" site as you have stated.

And second, the terms "advanced interstellar" and "mapping extraterrastrial terrain" are just terms used to describe other aspects of the project that refer to mapping,communications,etc.

You are trying to make something out of nothing here. As I have advised before, the project is only a future communications project that could benefit all!
