Really not top priority, but I also don't think that Cold Creek is the "town in the sky" that you see from Tikaboo (looking SSW). I believe what you see is the Spring Mtn Youth Camp, near Angel Peak. At approx. 8400' it is slightly higher than Tikaboo. Also, the string of lights looks more like a camp than individual homes. There are no street lights in Cold Creek.
