last week i found a documentry that was shown in England a few years back. it was about a chap from janes defence magazine, where he travelled around the U.S,looking for black op's. anyway in one section he spoke to someone from lockheed, and they showed a video of a ant-grav ray which picked up objects into the air. it wasnt long, but he spoke of their research. if anyone is intrested i could, watch it again and make note of his name.
