Yep. One of three. You can't tell from that photo, but the planes have no tail numbers. They are spread out around the base, and not on any runways. Put it this way, the USAF would trust me to fly one of these.

Somewhere on either the Nellis website or defenselink.mil there are a few promotional videos for the Predator, or perhaps better put to join the predator operator team. [Loud macho rock music in the background to get you pumped up!] I looked really carefully at all these videos and never once saw these fake airplanes. If one did pop up, that would certainly prove they are photo targets.

Note that the Edwards target ranges use junk planes, not props, so this is pretty strange. Then again, the US probably doesn't have any junked Flankers handy.
