You're gonna love this. A CONUS A/R track/area map and all the a/r freqs you
could want are right here:

Only problem is the specific AR tracks you are interested in don't show freqs
in this guide. =8^(

Try some of the nationwide commons or nationwide primaries. Here is my
current list for my area. Try some of the common freqs at the bottom of the
list. You may get lucky! (Wordpad document, sorry for the bad formatting!)
