Object description:
One witness described it as a black pencil shaped object which was hovering vertically. Thought it might have been a kite at first until it took off and disappeared.

Another described it as a dark tubular object, again hovering.
"it was dark in colour and cylindrical looking. There was nothing attached to it."
"A dark cylinder approx 20-30ft long."
