Tis not spam. Its just that I am a member of a lot of groups, so instead of posting bits all over the place, I stick the stuff on my website so its at a central location, and then post the details on the groups that its there, that way , if your interested, you can go to the site. If your not interested, then you dont go to the site,

I thought it worked quite well.
