When was that? Last time I was there, about a month ago, I did not see anything unusual around Hancock Summit. You may have seen the UFO Research center near Crystal Springs, just after the Y-intersection of 318/375. The guy was planning to build a UFO center and trailer park. So far I understand there is only a small giftshop in a container, and I don't see much progress any more. I suspect it may end up just like the Alien Jerkey stand across the street...
