I watched a show on Discovery Wings (or a similar show) where they were covering the flying wings of Jack Northrup. I'm wondering if this mini B-2 could be one of his designs being used for sensor checks. I recently visited the Air & Space Museum at Dulles where a piston twin Northrup wing is displayed. I was struck with the similarities between that design and the B-2 & UCAV platforms. Just sharing my thoughts.

BTW except for being rather dark for good photography the Museum has some interesting displays including the Enola Gay, the Shuttle Enterprise, a Concord and a SR-71. Worth a visit if your in the area.
