I've seen an airstrip in about that location marked on a USGS map also, but I can't seem to find it now. But as I recall, it was outside the restricted area and the one you are interested is inside. Your's is about 5 miles or so SSW of the Cedar Pipline Ranch on a dirt road. You might be able to see it in the linked photo, taken in September, 1999 by Steve Hauser. He marked the Ranch; just follow the dirt road up and right from the ranch buildings. Question for historians -- was this area taken in the '84/'85 "land grab", or was it always part of the restricted area.
