A grass/brush fire at Beale AFB yesterday afternoon.

Apparently was close enough to facilities to necessitate the evacuation of some personnel. I don't know which structures, if any, were threatened.

CDF ground and aerial crews had it contained within a couple of hours. At one point the CDF air attack aircraft notified the tankers that he had been informed they must maintain 2100' minimum for a mile around the "large radio facility".

BTW, still very few aircraft flying, only a couple of KC-135s and T-38s for the past week. I wonder where the U2s are...
