I have worked onsite at Beale, and the PAVE PAWS array is pretty impressive....even from a distance.

I know the 9th RW has detachments around the world, but there is always some traffic here at home. On a normal day, I would say 15-20 U2 passes, as many KC-135s, lots of T-38s, and theres even a Coast Guard C-130 that does IFR excercises fairly regularly.

The past two days in particular have been so quiet it's making me nervous...;)
