Mmm.....
In Italy, the constitution says that "The President is the commander in chief of all the Armed Forces, especially during war, natural calamities or other situations of high importance".
Anyway, it collabotared with an offica called "Supreme Defence Council", composed by the President, Prime Minister, and the Chief of Army, Navy and Air Force... it's an office who organize reunions when there are problems or to approve miltary projects or missions.
Anyway, in the Italian history all the Presidents were always informed about all the military projects (not Ufo, only research projects about planes and other new military vehicle).

Anyway.... this is my question:

1)Is the US President always informed about all the projects of Area 51 and other military secret installations?

2) What happens if the US President formerly ask to be informed about the activities of those installations or to visit them?

3) Is the US President not informed by the Army, sometime, about those activities?
