Yes, that's seems better than the NOTAM co-ords, which put it between Alamo and Ash Springs. I also searched for Mail Summit on topozone.com and it's close to your co-ords. 10 miles or so NNW of greater Hiko. BTW, I looked on the Panaca Elementary School web cam site, link attached, but couldn't be sure if I could see smoke or just the usual haze.
