It's been over 5 years since I've been there, but I doubt much has changed. There's a large area to camp with grass and trees just before Brainwash Butte. The link is to a index page of Missions (hikes) around the Test Site, and Silver Bow (Brainwash Butte) is among them.

The pages in the link appear to be achived from the Interceptors official web site. Thanks to the folks at desertsecrets.com for doing that.
