When you look at the route, it seems all the action is north and west of the range. I don't see the impact on Rachel.

As a side note on Joe Fallini Jr., he is on the USAF's case regarding the expansion of Basecamp. The period to submit comments has passed. [Probably submit complaints, but it is possible somebody thinks the government should steal more land from the public.] In theory, these comments will be on file with the BLM. I'm going to check with the Tonopah BLM next time I am out there. I check the federal register from time to time to see if the public meeting on this land grab has been announced.
