You can track a flight from Groom Lake to San Nicolas Island (nis) on the passur website. Set the date for Friday(4/23/2004), and the time for 10:05AM. Change the URL from las.html to lax.html and you can track the plane right to the island.

Surfing the net, there may be some public access to the island, but I only see reference to divers.
