Often the map databases are not very good references. A good example is the road to the back gate (aka north gate)of Groom Lake. Some of the roads leading to the TTR viewing spots are way off as well.

Unless you are really zoomed in, I doubt you will see much error. Even my old emap (no WAAS) is good to 10ft.
