I've posted this link before, but there are a few new readers on the list. The link is for a real time lightning strike map done by the NTS, though it covers much of Utah, California and Arizona. At the moment, the nearest hits are north of Tonopah.

For those who want to hike Tikaboo, the lightning seems to peak in the summer, so spring and fall are better times for the hike.
