Unfortunately most of the NTTR is blanked out in Terraserver, as well as in the Acme Mapper (which uses the same data set). The data was available at one point, but has been removed later. You can try searching the Space Imaging archives. Use the Tikaboo Peak coordinates from our Tikaboo Peak map. The free previews are limited in resolution, but it is better than nothing.
