If memory serves me correctly, and I'm thinking of the correct site, Lazar did have full control over the domain. Vaguely I remember a brief bit of info that contained a sat pic of the "S-4" location at Papoose Lake as well as a few photos of the testor model that spawned from his claims. Joerg is right though, never contained much of anything useful and I never personally saw it updated once. I certainly hope Bob's not planning on digging up some old bones with this relaunch.
