It is true, they want to dectivate (as reported by news agencys) 4 training aircraft, and 3 combat aircraft each from the combat squadrons.

It would leave ~ 1 large squadron of combat coded aircraft. (~ 26-30) IIRC.

Personally, I don't see it going through.

Also, for those that didn't see it...they are doing daytime visibility tests in a grey paint scheme with the Dragon for 24 hour operations with the F-22 as escort.
