The guy who worked in the yellow trailer in Rachel ('nuff said) had a patch collection, including some from the NTS and ASI (range security). That said, why walk around the perimeter with hard to replace patches?

If you want to see some interesting patches, there is a display in the Riviera in Las Vegas. The hotel is used for the yearly government expo, and attendees have donated patches, mostly from the FBI. The display is in the lobby near the expo center. The FBI WMD patch is kind of cool.
