Frequency is 3.39MHZ LSB This is an uncompressed high quality wave file if you want to try to decode the signal. Spectral analysis indicates the signal is FSK using frequencies of 6559hz and 4509hz. I'll demodulate it later tonight using DSP mark and space filters unless someone beats me to it.
