G'day Magoo,

Mate, in light of the development timescale ('93-'96) could the (now) Boeing Bird of Prey and the putative YF-113G be the same aircraft instead of (say) X-39 or something .
I've heard it said that the YF-113G isn't a Mig-23 obtained for evaluation purposes nor is it a '70's testbed, so I'm wondering about whether there is any link between this designation and the Bird of Prey?.

Your thoughts would be illuminating.
