If these are pilots ,hired by "Janet Air", that are need of a check flight or profiecency check, would they not do touch and go's at McCarin, Groom Lake or TTR? Why go a sizable distance out of thier way on a distant flight for just some simple touch and go's?
If it was maintenance, I've seen the facility at McCarin, I'm sure its all carried out there. Or if it was special equipment, I assume that they would fly up to Groom and do it there.
