I'm hoping you're right, Wolf--that it won't pass. I just don't like the corners of my rights to go to the desert and look up in the sky being tucked down tighter and tighter. A lawn chair and a starry sky...is that too much to ask? There are lots of instances in history of people just remaining silent in the face of slow, methodical erosions of their rights, but I digress. Other forums exist for this type of discussion.
