According to the searches I have done - IF "Page Airport Services" (found by Gary) and "Page Avjet" (mentioned by Passenger 51) are the same deal, this is just a "Fixed Base Operator" at various airports around the country. Seems like Page Avjet along with some connection to Butler Aviation became PAFCO and/or part of Signature Flight Support (listed as an FBO at McCarren) which has become part of World Fuel Services this year (2001).
